  • Clean mirrors, surfaces, and décor

  • Check under beds for forgotten items

  • Vacuum or mop floors

  • Report any damages or maintenance concerns

Bathrooms

  • Deep cleaning and sanitization of toilets, tubs, showers, and sinks

  • Scrubbing tile and grout where needed

  • Cleaning and shining mirrors, chrome, and glass

  • Wiping and disinfecting countertops and cabinet fronts

  • Restocking toiletries (soap, tissues, toilet paper, etc. if provided)

  • Emptying trash and replacing liners

Kitchen

  • Cleaning and sanitizing countertops, stovetops, sinks, and backsplashes

  • Exterior wipe-down of all appliances (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, etc.)

  • Interior microwave cleaning

  • Washing or loading dishes into dishwasher and starting cycle

  • Cleaning cabinet doors and handles

  • Sweeping and mopping floors

  • Restocking coffee, tea, snacks, and other amenities (if supplied)

Living & Common Areas

  • Dusting all furniture, shelves, décor, and surfaces

  • Vacuuming or mopping floors and rugs

  • Cleaning windows and glass surfaces

  • Fluffing pillows and throws

  • Organizing and staging furniture for a clean, welcoming look

  • Wiping remotes, electronics, and high-touch points

  • Removing trash and replacing bags

Laundry & Linen Service

  • Washing, drying, and folding linens and towels

  • Ensuring enough sets are ready for the next check-in

  • Rotating linens to maintain fresh inventory

Re-Stocking Service

Inventory & Damage Reporting
